[Building Sakai] RES: Changing user profile pictures

Hi, Gabriel.

I had a hard time making this to work. I do not remember too well the 
details, but I have these notes:

-You need to use Roster2, official photos are not viewable in old Roster.

-Assure that your Roster2 and Profile2 versions have included: RSTR-59, 
PRFL-389, PRFL-790 and PRFL-746.
