Regarding #2, I just verified in Sakai 11 nightly
(http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal) and I can see the Print
option. Can you please check if you have this property set in your
sakai.properties:
samigo.printAssessment=true

Lots of great questions! I wonder if breaking them into separate email
threads would help? Not sure.
I'll try addressing a few and we will see where the conversation goes.
#1. I wonder if this could be related to the Roster tool being deprecated
for the Roster 2 tool? In that case you might need to redo those
translations. Just a guess.
I checked all English properties, but didn't find no properties that are not
translated into Russian. So may be there are new properties, that are not
included in the .Properties?
#2 What version had a print in Test and Quizzes? Maybe you can print from
your browser to get what you need? I'm not clear if this is a bug or a new
feature request.
Till Sakai 2.9.2 the print Option was there. I' m not quite sure, but I
think, that this option disappeared in trunk in the end of November 2013.
#3 Do you mean Extra Credit in the Gradebook? I haven't tested this yet,
but how I would expect this to work is only to add positively to a student's
grade and not negatively. For example, let's say that the only items for a
class are one assignment and one Extra Credit item. Then if two students
both have a grade of 89 on the assignment (by random coincidence ;-) ) and
one does the extra credit and earns 10 points and the other student does not
do the extra credit, then one student would end up with a 99 and the other
would still be an 89. The concept of extra credit is extra work for a class
that is not required, but if you do it, you will get some points for it.
Please note: I have not yet tested this feature so I'm not entirely sure of
the expected behavior. This is just how I imagine it would work.

#4 You have to add a Short Description into Site Info and then it should
work. I'm pretty sure I have tested this feature on our QA servers and it
works fine.
Now I see that it is misunderstanding. I thought, that the tabs titles would
change in the upper navigation. Now I understand, that only the Names shown
in the Preferences are effected.
#5 Not sure off the top of my head, maybe somebody else knows?

May be I don't understand something, but it seems to me that the usage of
different kind Calendar in all tools is rather confusing.
I mean following tools (Tests, Gradebook, Lessons, Syllabus)

#8 Yikes! This could be a blocker issue for Sakai 10. Did you try and
reproduce on either trunk or the new nightly 10.x server (which did not
exist when you sent this email so how could you?! :-) ) ? If this continues
to be a problem, please open a Jira ticket

I'm working on the Russian translation and test the Sakai version.
Just now I tried the SAKAI 10 Version from here:

I have several questions and remarks to this version.
1. Roster tool. In the Version 2.9 I've translated the Name and
description of the Roster tool into Russian language, but now it is again in
English and I can't find any untranslated "Roster" in the properties. All
inside the tool remains in Russian.
2. Tests &Quizzes. I miss now "Print" in the selections list. How it is
possible to print the questions?
3. Gradebook. I see the new option "Extra Grade", but can't understand
what does it mean. Can somebody explain this option?
4. My Workspace -->Preferences. I see an option:
Show tabs as:
Course code (e.g. F13-ACCT-134C-01)
Course name/description (e.g. First Year Accounting)
But I don't see any difference if I change this option. Can somebody
explain this option?
5. Syllabus. There are new option "Click to add start date" and "Click
to add the end date" . If I click these options, the new window with the
title "start date" appears. For the end date there is no title. Is it ok?
6. Several new calendars are used in different tolls. Is it really
planed so?
