Thanks Karen!

That would make sense. It looks to me like the default for this property 
is false.

Would there be any reason not to make the default value of this property 
be true so that the print shows up with Sakai OOTB?

Not asking for any actions, just opinions, since for Sakai 10 we are 
trying to turn on as many safe features by default as possible.
