[Building Sakai] Kaltura plugin "Download" option

Hi Aaron,

The "Download" button is available for users with a certain permission
level in Media Gallery. Is that something that can be disabled or hidden
through configuration or some other easier way? We have some media uploaded
by librarians through KMC and associated with certain sakai sites, and the
library is reluctant to allow the faculty to be able to download them.
Wondering whether there is a quick solution for it.
