[Building Sakai] Sakai Trunk in Transition

Beth,

I am not able to make commits to Longsight's msub anymore (I had Sam check
and he can't either), so this must be a larger issue than just the contrib
tools.  Luckily it isn't an urgent issue and can wait another day, but I'm
just sending this out so that if other people are seeing this error, they
know they're not alone.

Here is the error I get:
