[Building Sakai] Email - Diff between SSL and TLS

Hi Everyone, some years ago i read a discussion to separate the current 
property smtpUseSSL into two properties (smtpUseTLS and smtpUseSSL). 
This will give more flexibility to support different configurations.

I searched some info @ Jira, checked the properties reference and 
nothing found.
