[Building Sakai] GB2: Student's view:grade items not sorted. Feature Request: minimal score

Hi

We have found an issue in Gradebook 2. Grade items are not sorted 
alphabetically in the student's view as you can see in the screenshot 
attached to this mail.

On the other hand there is a feature that a lot of our instructors have 
asked for:

A new attribute for Grade items called "Minimal score". *

There is a Grade item called "Grade A" and its "Minimal score" is 4 
points. It means that if any student gets less than 4 points in "Grade 
A", then the student won't obtain the Course Grade Score. His Course 
Grade Score should then be empty. The rest of his grades should be 
ignored. Is there anyone interested in this feature?
