[Building Sakai] Multiple centers but same course

The way the site hierarchy works is that you can have one parent site and
multiple child sites. So you need to do it from the child sites and go up.

Could you have the child sites, then link those into a parent course site,
then link those parents into the training sites?

Maybe draw a diagram of how it's to relate. Oxford have an enhanced site
hierarchy which might be able to be used here.
