Thanks Steve,
I could see “Link to Parent Site” button, using which I can create only single parent (Course site) of any training centre site, but I want to show multiple parents (Courses Site) in all training centre sites.
I mean, my main purpose is 5-6 training centres having their own sites can show common multiple courses.
Regards,
Krishan

Hi,
If you want to link sites, you can use the site hierarchy feature. Go to Site Info and you'll see the option. See if that does what you need.
For the Hindi language, you'll need to translate the various properties files into hindi and add them to Sakai. Have a look here to get you started: https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/I18N/Home
cheers,
Steve

Hi All,
So far, I am able to create a site (for Course), then 5 different sites, for training centres, which are child site of course site. Now I want to make another course site and assign to those centre sites. Please suggest how to achieve it?
Another new requirement is, we want to manage whole portal in Hindi language like all labels and data entered by user would be in Hindi.
How to achieve it?
Your help is appreciable.
Regards,
Krishan

Hi All,
I am new to Sakai.
I have to develop a system having following requirements
- There will be a total of 5 (initially) training centres in different cities.
- Each centre has same 2 type of courses (6 Months and 40 Days)
- Each centre has its own staff (Java Faculty, PHP Faculty etc.) and Students can register for a specific course in specific centre
- Need to maintain attendance centre wise and course wise.
- Need centre specific reports and overall reports like No. of students, attendance etc.
Please suggest what would be the best way to achieve these requirements using Sakai.
Regards,
Krishan
