[Building Sakai] Multiple centers but same course

Hi All,

So far, I am able to create a site (for Course), then 5 different sites,
for training centres, which are child site of course site. Now I want to
make another course site and assign to those centre sites. Please suggest
how to achieve it?

Another new requirement is, we want to manage whole portal in Hindi
language like all labels and data entered by user would be in Hindi.
How to achieve it?

Your help is appreciable.
