[Building Sakai] portal work broken some tools

Hi all,

It looks like the portal work in trunk may have broken some tools, Profile2
in particular. I don't think the redirect to the application is working
correctly. The tool is starting up fine.

When navigating to the tool I get a 404 and this can be observed on
nightly2 as well. This only appears to happen in My Workspace, adding the
tool to a normal site (the hard way) allows it to work correctly.

Is this a known issue?
