[Building Sakai] Course students automatically assigned

I saw the message on the Evaluations list.

I suspect the simple answer is that nobody has implemented this option. What could be done is that the site from which the Evaluation could be pre-ticked when you arrive at the 'Assign' page

Dear All,
I've been wondering about this:

If Evaluation System is an option that belongs to a course (or Sakai site), why do not the evaluations get automatically assigned to all the students of that particular course instead of asking for an 'ad hoc' group of students?
