[Building Sakai] Course students automatically assigned

Dear All,I've been wondering about this:
If Evaluation System is an option that belongs to a course (or Sakai site), why do not the evaluations get automatically assigned to all the students of that particular course instead of asking for an 'ad hoc' group of students?
Thank you very much for your answer.
PD: I asked in evaluation at collab.sakaiproject.org but it seems not working.
