[Building Sakai] Conditional Release on Lessons

Thanks for your response Steve, after some testing i made it work, so 
it's possible to set an assessment as a Lesson's prerequirement.

We have a little concerns about how displays the content and how the 
conditions are managed (hidden groups) but now is my problem :D
