[Building Sakai] Using Javascript to set the date and time for the RSF date widget in Lessons

Hi David,

that datepicker is also in Evaluation System code and it has never 
worked there. Neither in latest version.

If you want to investigate more, there are some technical discussions 
about it (seven years ago!) in this JIRA: 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/EVALSYS-114

I imagine that is not an easy fix, as it has never been done. So if you 
manage to fix it, please, share your knowledge!
