[Building Sakai] MOTD permissions

Adam,

I did the *Grant Ability *thing now, see the attached motd-realm.png.
The *.anon* role has the default (out the box) permission (annc.read).
The *.auth *role has the default (out the box) permission (annc.read).
The *author* role has the following permissions;


   - annc.all.groups
   - annc.delete.any
   - annc.delete.own
   - annc.new
   - annc.read
   - annc.read.drafts
   - annc.revise.any
   - annc.revise.own

For the admin realm see the attached admin-realm.png.
Here the author role has the following permissions;

annc.all.groups
annc.delete.any
annc.delete.own
annc.new
annc.read
annc.read.drafts
annc.revise.any
annc.revise.own
site.visit

The user is still not able to create messages
