[Building Sakai] Certification Tool in Sakai 10

Hi,
      Has anyone tried installing rSmart Certification too in Sakai 
Tool? pom.xml file indicates 2.8-SNAPSHOT. Changing that to 10-SNAPSHOT 
is not helping with these error messages.  If someone happens to  know 
whether this tool is under active development or their experience of 
using the tool will be helpful
~/source/sakai-10.x/certification$ mvn validate
