[Building Sakai] Sakai tool development

Hi,

I'm new to Sakai development. I tried to create one tool for Sakai. I
searched from the internet and found through Apache Wicket it's possible.
Now i learning Apache Wicket and wrote code for my application in Apache
Wicket. The thing is how to convert this application into Sakai tool
format???
