[Building Sakai] Chat Portal issue or it is by design ?

Great, Big Blue Button has it's own Project called Contrib: Big Blue
Button. Almost all of the tools in Sakai are under the SAK project as a
separate component. A few select contrib projects and 2-3 of the the core
projects (like Samigo, Lessons) are still out on their own project.
