[Building Sakai] Assignment 2 support

Hi All,

Before we upgrade to Sakai 2.9.2, we had made some minor changes so that
lesson builder is able to work with Lessons. Our Instructors were used to
this facility, but with the current version of lesson builder it seems this
is no longer the case.

I looked at the code and I'm not seeing assignment2 in the folders where it
used to reside. Has this functionality been removed?
