[Building Sakai] Samigo autoscore maxed out

Hi Kelly,

Do you know if these students clicked "Reset" link to reset their
selection? We suspect the Reset link trigger this error. However, like I
said, we are not able to reproduce it.

I don't think auto submit will cause this issue, but do you have auto save
on? Also, when is your first incident? In 2.9.x or earlier version of
Samigo?
