[Building Sakai] Major Bug in Assignments w/Resubmissions

The first thing I would try to do is replicate it on trunk:
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8085/portal

If you can't replicate it, it's fixed somewhere.  If it can be replicated,
a bug should be filed.

If you don't like JIRAs search functions, Google searches often work very
well:
