[Building Sakai] Major Bug in Assignments w/Resubmissions

I've stumbled onto a major bug in Assignments that doesn't seem to be listed in Jira, albeit the titles for many Assignments bugs are way too uninformative, so I won't deny the possibility that this is in there somewhere.

The short summary:

In Sakai 2.7.x, if an instructor allows resubmissions after the due date, and also allows use of the inline textarea field, revisions made by the student to the text in that field and resubmitted do not appear to the instructor in the GUI view. They *do* show up if the instructor does a Download All of student submissions. Also, resubmissions done before the due date are showing up as expected.

To reproduce:

1. Setup an assignment with a due date before the cutoff date, with resubmissions allowed, and with the the inline textarea field enabled.
2. Log in as a student before the due date and submit some text in that field.
3. Wait until after the due date, then edit the submission to add more text, and resubmit.
4. Log back into the instructor's account for that site, go to grade that assignment, and when you pull up the student's submission, the version from before the due date will be shown.
5. Do a Download All, and see in the resulting ZIP file that the final version is present in the submissionText.html for that student.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, and even better, is there a patch already available for this problem? Obviously, this is a big bug, as it can cause instructors to not properly grade their students if they aren't seeing a student's final submission.

Thanks,
Kevin
