[Building Sakai] Who else is using Harvest?

At wake, Harvest <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CA_Software_Change_Manager>
is the standard tool for revision control. But all most all developers are
suffering from its heavy and slow process and the lack of branching
capability (currently turned off). 

 

Is any other school out there using Harvest for Sakai development or may be
software development in general?
