[Building Sakai] Delayed announcement notifications being sent early

Hi All,

Has anyone seen a problem of delayed announcement email notifications, being sent earlier than the announcement beginning date?

We've had this problem a couple of times where announcement notifications are being sent approx a month before they're meant to. The date and time on the server looks correct when the emails were sent, and looking at the ScheduledInvocationRunner class we're not too sure what else this can be.

I've done a search in Jira but didn't find anything related, we're running Sakai 2.4.
