[Building Sakai] Android Devices Won't Download Sakai Resources

Yea this is true, some PC browsers also download in the background and it's
not always obvious to users where it went, (unless it opens automatically).
With files downloaded off of Android in Sakai they don't all open
automatically on all devices. This could certainly be an issue for Android
users.

Also for Android there isn't a default file browser on most devices even
though most of the file system is open (at least as far as read access). So
after you download finding it again can be difficult. Like if you use
Gallery it will find all pictures on your device and display them.
Generally the mobile experience is different from a desktop as almost
everything is downloaded from the official store. Prior to testing this I
hadn't downloaded anything from the web since I'd got this device a few
months ago. :) You actually have to install a file browser off the Play
store (many free ones) and go to the Download folder to see downloaded
items.

It looks like newer versions of Android are a little better about that
header problem in that SAK than older versions, but still I can see the
confusion.
