[Building Sakai] Question Regarding Tin Can API

 Hi,
              I am Viji R

              I am working on the integration of Tin Can API with
sakai(LMS). For this I went through the link
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/TINCAN/Home.
I have done the integration of Tin Can API provider with  my localhost.I
need to integrate the LRS into my localhost but i did not find any
integration steps for windows.Could you please let me know the integration
steps for LRS with My localhost or kindly provide me the link to proceed my
integration process?
