[Building Sakai] Blog images

Hi James,

It's definitely a config problem. In a course context, when students are
blogging together, they probably upload and pick images from the course
worksite's resources tool and all the students in the course can access
those files. What you are describing is just Sakai's security setup doing
its job.

Cheers,
Adrian.
