[Building Sakai] Regarding LessonBuilder

Hi all,

        I am currently using sakai-2.9.2-all tags,in which lessonbuilder
doesnot support HTML5 and CSS3 ,for that is there any new version available
or is there any third party tool integrated in lessonbuilder can u help me?
