[Building Sakai] Adding a question to a Samigo's poolwithsubpools duplicates JSESSIONID

I can't replicate neither in my test server with the same code.

We have Samigo 2.9.2 base code (revision 125440) with only three JIRAs 
added:

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1402 (not included in 2.9 but 
verified)
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1741 (not verified but only 
changes a css)
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-2215 (not verified but is a 
single line patch and the issue happened before we added it)

So I don't think is caused by a custom code but probably is by some 
custom configuration in the server. Unfortunately I can't look into 
there because is the production environment. Though I could request 
information if somebody wants to investigate.
