[Building Sakai] CLOG and YAFT on github

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that the YAFT and CLOG code now lives on github. I
ended up only moving the trunk across as git-svn kept choking on branch
names; I don't know why. I'm going to add new issues to github also and at
some point will migrate the wiki pages from Confluence, just leaving a
signpost.

The current code on svn isn't going away. It'll just fade into history.
