[Building Sakai] nightly2

That sounds right. I think we'll have to remove the ones that fail to build
against trunk until/unless they are updated and still desired.

Assignment2 currently is the one stopping the build but most likely most of
them won't build/work correctly under 2.10 because of the hibernate and
spring changes. (Let alone the pom changes) Someone with A2 commit could
fix this.

Signup builds and has a 2.10 parent
Dashboard builds and has 2.10 parent
Evaluation has a 2.8.2 parent and has a test failure for me (but builds
skipping tests) though seems like it might fail at runtime without the
correct dependencies and a profile for 2.10.
- Hierarchy is standalone and will still build
Clog and roster 2 have a 2.8 parent and build though seems like it might
fail at runtime without correct dependencies
Endorsed should still work

Remove hybrid and I don't know what formbuilder and reports are.

So I'd comment assignment2, hybrid, forumbuilder, reports and it should be
back up?
