[Building Sakai] Profile2 integration for Blogwow

1) Yup, it should work with a mouse hover.  You must
set blogwow.useglobalprofile=true  I double checked on a 2.9.x instance of
ours and it is working.  It's using this branch:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/programmerscafe/blogwow/branches/sakai-2.9.x/

2) Yup, you either use the profile2 profile or you use the blogwow profile.
