[Building Sakai] Oracle error with Samigo feedback

Thanks Karen. I think you are right.. we saw this article 
http://www.odi.ch/weblog/posting.php?posting=496 but it is for Oracle 
10.0.2.. Looks like same problem with 11g. We will be testing today and 
will let you know.
