[Building Sakai] Samigo performance with too many site groups

Hi Miguel,

Are you able to identify where the slowness is coming from?  Sometimes with
Samigo, the slowness comes from odd queries being repeated (often
Hibernate).

Can you debug the issue using a tool like Yourkit?  The latest versions of
Yourkit will show you exactly how many queries were executed, which queries
took the most amount of time, and what methods are calling those queries.

Our community coordinator Neal Caidin can help you get a full license for
