[Building Sakai] Sakai LTI 2.0 Working Demo

Glad to see LTI 2.0 running on Sakai trunk .The new remote tool 
installation process (by URL) is a great feature that will help to 
extend the use of LTI tools in Sakai. Happy to see it on Sakai 10.
