[Building Sakai] Problems with tool notification overrides

On the same server: Create an account, click on Preferences->Notifications
and then try to Add a Site on the Matrices tool. I just did it and got the
exception. You must have some magic touch ...

I'm on Chrome 29.0.1547.76 and OS X 10.6.8
