[Building Sakai] Turnitin Quartz job won't unblock

I have reason to believe (3 separate client reports) that TurnItIn has
again made large unpublished changes to their API around May 21, noon EDT.

Is anyone else having similar issues with TurnItIn this week? Does anyone
have news from TurnItIn? Is anyone from TurnItIn lurking on this list with
info?
