[Building Sakai] Private Message

When I send a message whenever I sent it to myself.
These parameters are used to specify in the message(only visual), but I always send myself.	
privateMessage.setAuthor();privateMessage.setRecipientsAsText();
Where do I have to specify the receiver and transmitter?
