[Building Sakai] Sakai CLE 2.9.1 Error starting up tomcat

Hi Jeremy,

This may just be repeating, but would be good to check.

One thing I ran into is the variables for "common.loader", "shared.loader",
and "server.loader".  Note that each of these has its own addition, and
they are not the same, so copy-paste is bad idea here.

Please let us know if you have the following as specified (in 5.0 - 9 as
mentioned by Jaques).

common.loader => */common/*
shared.loader => */shared/*
server.loader => */sever/*
