[Building Sakai] Sakai CLE 2.9.1 Error starting up tomcat

Hi Jaco, David, Steve and Jaques

Many thanks for all your input. I reinstalled tomcat and rebuilt and redeployed Sakai and Sakai started up successfully. The initial checkout of sakai had not succeeded and that had caused problems later on, which I thought I had resolved, but evidently I had not.

And yes, I had followed all the steps in the installation guide.
