[Building Sakai] Turnitin installation for Sakai 2.9.1

Hi Bryan

Are there any changes we need to make for Assignments when installing
Turnitin on Sakai 2.9.1?

Assignments was in the base dir of Sakai 2.8.2, but it is not part of the
Sakai 2.9.1 checkout. Does this mean the instruction on
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/TII/Guide+to+installing+Turnitin+Content+Review+Service+0.7
is
not needed any more "*Checkout Longsight's back-ported 2.8.x Assignment1*"?

OR Must the table at the top be used as guideline for versions to be
installed? In other words, for Sakai 2.9.1 installation, installing
contentreview 2.9.3.... use assignments-2.9.1, Out of the box!
