[Building Sakai] BLTI tool configuration help

Brian,

I probably made that last post too complex.

To completely replace the end-user experience that you can make happen with IMSBLTIPortlet.xml you need BLTI 2.1.0 and the trunk of Site Info.  Sakai 2.9.2 will include BLTI 2.1.0 but not the trunk of Site Info.   I hope 2.9.3 will have the updated Site Info.

We should probably get the changes to Site Info into 2.9-x ASAP so they are in the queue for 2.9.3 and it allows you to grab something that is known other than trunk.
