[Building Sakai] Code review of oAuth

Would anybody be prepare to review our oAuth patch: https://github.com/ColinHebert/Sakai-OAuth - it was developed against 2.8 but we believe it should work against trunk and 2.9.

Since it deals with security of the whole system we'd really like a few sets of eyes to make sure we haven't missed something.

Once the community is happy we will merge with Trunk.
