[Building Sakai] How do we enable extra credit Items in gradebook

Most of the searches you're probably seeing in Jira are for the Gradebook 2
tool. Extra Credit is only in the Gradebook core tool in trunk under
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-21225.

I don't believe there is a property. Longsight has a gradebook and
edu-services backport branch for 2.9 (in the subversion tab of that ticket)
but there's other things in there other than that patch.
