[Building Sakai] CKEditor no movie plugin

The default editor for 2.8 was still FCKEditor so not many CKEditor fixes
were merged back. As Anand pointed out, this was added in 2.9 on this jira.
It's possible to put it back in, easiest by adding it into the regular
plugins directory and modifying the ckeditor.launch.js to load the plugin
and add the button. In 2.9 a separate 'customplugins' directory was created
to make upgrades of CKEditor easier.
