[Building Sakai] webservice for gradebook and roster?

Hi Gregory,

A REST endpoint will be added for both of these within the new few weeks (if it doesn't already exist somewhere and if it does, it will be reviewed).

If anyone in the community has done the work, please let me know and we can review and incorporate.
