[Building Sakai] Question about Nabble and the Dev List

According to their terms of use, there is no such mention of not allowing a scraper across the list:
http://www.nabble.com/Terms.jtp

There is a specific clause in the terms about that page being the entire set of terms of use, so IMO, go for it.
