[Building Sakai] new Label in Jira - Performance issue

Hi All,

I have noticed that a number of people are looking into performance issues in CLE I have created a new label "Performance" to help us track these issues.

So if your reporting/reviewing/working on a ticket with performance implications please add the label (More Actions->Labels)

Here is a filter of the open issues I've added so far:
