[Building Sakai] CREATE new plugin

I've been looking Melete editor that I want is to enter the plugin.

This uses the FCK editor, *Could change the FCK editor by CKEditor?*

Or it could be ...

*Do you know of any tutorials to do plugin for FCK?* although I would like,
if was possible, change the CKEditor and is currently used by Sakai.
